This summer we will offer a 4 & 8 week training option for our Youth Fundamentals Program.
This program challenges and inspires our youth to develop their skills and love for the game! Our program focuses on building a strong foundation in fundamental movement techniques while fostering leadership, teamwork and personal growth. Led by experienced and certified coaches, participants will engage in a variety of drills, activities, and friendly competitions tailored to their age level so they can see improvement in their strength, power, speed and most importantly.... confidence. No mater the sport, our program provides a supportive environment where young athletes can learn, improve, and have fun!
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. Evolution Athletics is located and easily accessible from all of Kansas.
