Our performance training allows athletes to get the most out of their strength, power and speed training. Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any individual whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from local law enforcement, professional and collegiate athletes, and Moms, Dads alike.
Athletes are able to choose to train in-person 1,2 or 3 days per week at one monthly price.
All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60-75 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
A performance coach will guide the group through a mobility and activation warm-up, followed by speed, agility, and power movements, then followed by a strength program each athlete receives based on their performance evaluation. Coaches will supervise and correct any movements performed during the performance program.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. Evolution Athletics is located and easily accessible from all of Kansas.
