Description

This is one of the basic programs that we routinely use with our beginners. The goals during this program are to master basic movement patterns, strengthen tendons & ligaments, and build work capacity. This program is built out to be an 8 week GPP training program; however, it could be ran again at a later date with higher training intensity or more complex movements.
